USB STick wird nicht "gemountet"

Hi,

folgende Meldung gibt er aus:

Laufwerk kann nicht eingebunden werden.
Die Fehlermeldung lautet:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so

Ab und zu funktioniert es aber, da? ich den USB STick eingebunden habe.

Keine Ahnung warum- sicher ?ne Einstellungssache.

Er hat ab und zu Probleme mit deinem FileSystem ?
Er beschwert sich ?ber einen kaputten Eintrag.

Aber wirklich helfen w?rde ein, wie von ihm vorgeschlagen, zeitnahes dmesg

hi,
dmesg ist ein Kommando. Man gibt es in eine "Konsole" ein, letztere ist vergleichbar mit der "Eingabeaufforderung" bei Windows.

soweit ich mich entsinne, werden in dmesg die Kernelmeldungen gesammelt - also auch Fehlermeldungen bei Hardwareunvertraeglichkeit.

Genau darauf...

Er sollte also etwas geschrieben haben, wo dein USB-Device genannt wird.
Also etwas mit sdx oder udx oder ....

Daher Zeitnah.
Am besten ist eine Konsole, dann ein dmesg, einst?pseln, 21,22,23, dmesg und die neu angeh?ngten Zeilen hier posten.

und wird als /dev/sda angesprochen.

Ich wei? nicht, wer und wann das mount kommt, aber er scheint das uid=knoppix nicht zu m?gen.

Hi Ralf,

nach dem 5. Befehl kam diese Meldung:

root@Box:/home/llattwesen# mount /dev/sda1

Dann ist dein Eintrag in der /etc/fstab wohl defekt.

Du k?nntest den jetzt mal per Hand eintippen.
Dabei l??t du z.B.mal uid=knoppix weg.

Die fstab nach dem Einstecken manuell ?ndern:

so sieht es bei mir nach dem Einstecken des USb-Stiftes aus:

/dev/sda /media/sda vfat noauto,users,exec,umask=000,uid=knoppix,gid=knoppix 0 0

die Zeile des Stiftes dann so ?ndern:

/dev/sda /media/sda vfat noauto,users,exec,umask=000,uid=(Deinen Benutzernamen) ,gid=users 0 0

beim Speichern der fstab wird dann normalerweise der Stift neu erkannt.

Desweiteren in einer root-Konsole folgenden Befehl eingeben:

"mount -o remount /dev/sda"

Damit wird der Stift aus dem System ausgeh?ngt und mit Schreibrechten wieder eingeh?ngt.

Klappt bei meiner Knoppix 5.0.1-Version ganz gut.

Habe auch einige Zeit lang versucht eine bessere L?sung f?r das Problem zu finden. Da ich einen USB-Stick oder andere USB-Speichermedien (Cardreader usw.) nicht sehr oft ben?tige, ist der oben beschriebene Vorgang der beste f?r mich.

Habe ich den Knoppix Eintrag f?r z.B. /dev/sda erfolgreich ge?ndert, hat Knoppix beim n?chsten Einstecken des Stiftes ihn unter /dev/sda1 gefunden usw.

Um dieses kleines Verwirrspiel von Knoppix zu beenden, ?ndere ich jetzt bei jedem Einstecken des Stiftes die fstab manuell und remounte den Stift.

Hi,

ich will ja ned meckern.....
Ich stecke den stick ein und gut. Alles andere ist nippes...;)
Vielleicht geht es ja mit der 5.1 besser..
